If you use the SWMM 5 DOS Engine and the REPORT function with NODES ALL then you will get a text output file with all of the node data. You can see an example at the bottom of this page.

Your inflow time series did not have the proper year - 08 is not the same as 2008. If you change the year to 2008 then it will run:
